A guy was talking on his cell phone and pacing on the platform at the Berks SEPTA station on the Market-Frankford Line when he meandered a step too far in the wrong direction and fell onto the tracks. The guy appeared to hit his head on the tracks and might have even passed out before he stumbled to his feet and someone came to help. Now, officials in Philly have released the video—taken last year—and are supposedly working on a safety campaign to remind pedestrians to, ya know, look at what the hell they're doing. Whatever the case, let's please agree to make sure that the e-lane doesn't actually become a thing.
