Doctors have been giving eyewitness accounts to the UN Security Council of what it was like to treat the victims of suspected chlorine gas attacks in Syria. The testimony brought some members of the Council to tears. One of the people who presented the horrific details was Dr Zaher Sahloul, President of Syrian American Medical Society.
