The head of one of Libya's parliaments is calling for new elections. Omar Al Hassi is based in the capital Tripoli, while elected politicians have taken refuge in the eastern city of Tobruk. For months the country has seen some of the worst violence as militias fight for control of territories from eastern Benghazi to the western mountains. At least 13 killed as army and armed militias clash near port of eastern city, forcing dozens to flee. Al Jazeera's Osama Bin Javaid reports.
