Video footage shows the aftermath of a cargo plane which crashed into a building in the Kenyan capital of Nairobi this morning. The crash took place shortly after taking off from the city's main airport, and it's thought it may have been caused by early morning fog. The tail and wings of the white plane were ripped in half outside a charred two-storey building that was left a wreck by the force of the impact. The Kenyan Airports Authority said on its Twitter feed all the crew members were "feared to have perished". Kenyan media then reported the four crew members were killed in the crash. The plane crashed into shops in Nairobi's Embakasi neighbourhood near to the JKIA airport, where a terminal was gutted by a major fire last year. JKIA is east Africa's busiest airport and acts as vital travel gateway to the region. Report by Claire Lomas.
