Typhoon Usagi, the strongest storm to hit the Western Pacific this year, brought heavy rain and winds as it moved into southern China's Guangxi region. Flooding and gale force winds left 25 people dead after it made landfall in southern China's Guangdong province on Sunday evening. Around 226,000 people were relocated and more than 3.5 million affected. Report by Lindsay Brown.
